What to Expect Initial Consultation & Goal Setting: We will start with a one-on-one discussion to understand your unique needs, fitness goals, lifestyle, and any potential physical limitations or concerns. Movement Assessment: Utilizing my expertise as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist, we will conduct a detailed movement assessment to identify muscle imbalances or alignment issues that may be hindering your performance or causing discomfort. Customized Training Experience: Based on your assessment, you will experience a sample workout tailored specifically to your body. This may incorporate a variety of functional movement tools, such as TRX Suspension Training, BOSU balance exercises, or ViPR dynamic movements, depending on your needs. Expert Coaching & Feedback: As an ICF member and a coach with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Coaching, I am committed to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. You will receive clear, supportive guidance and real-time feedback on your form and technique to ensure a safe and effective session. Action Plan & Next Steps: We will conclude with a brief review of the session and discuss a potential path forward to help you achieve long-term success and integrate exercise into your life effectively. Terms of Use

1. Service Details All types of 12-session training (personal training/stretching training), each lasting 60 minutes & all sessions must be completed within 3 months from the course start date. ​ 2. Fees and Payment Payment Method: Cash / FPS / Bank Transfer / Credit Card 3. Booking and Cancellation Policy • Bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp text at least 12 hours before the session • Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp text at least 6 hours before the session • No-shows without prior notice will be considered as a completed session • Sessions affected by adverse weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning) will be canceled and rescheduled 4. Venue and Transportation (if applicable) • Members receiving on-site training must provide a suitable training venue; coaches will comply with venue rules. • Additional transportation fees may apply for locations not accessible via MTR 5. Terms Revision Meta Sport Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement based on actual circumstances. Members will be notified via WhatsApp. ​ 6. Communication and Confirmation All matters related to session booking, rescheduling, cancellation, or other arrangements must be confirmed via WhatsApp text message. This ensures mutual protection and avoids any communication misunderstandings. ​ 7. Declaration Members confirm that they are physically fit for training and have disclosed any health issues to the coach. Members accept the risk of injury during training; coaches will do their best to ensure safety. ​ 8. Course Extension If a course extension is required due to illness or travel, please provide a valid medical certificate or travel proof. We will arrange the extension based on the documented dates. Please take your training seriously. Every session is an opportunity for progress—approach it with professionalism, respect your own effort, and honor our coaching commitment.
